BlakerTech is a specialist division of Blaker Group Ltd, based in Billingshurst, West Sussex. The team designs and manufactures metal recycling equipment for UK and international operators.
Its work covers individual separators and integrated processing lines, with conveyors, feeders and material handling designed around each project.
For MagThro, the conversation starts with the metals you want to recover, the material carrying them and the process around the separator. Good separation needs a considered feed and a clear destination for each output.

Develop the specification
The team considers the layout, feed and target output. Bring your constraints into the discussion early: access, space and the equipment already in place.
Manufacture and test
Equipment is manufactured in West Sussex and checked before dispatch. Agree what needs to be demonstrated and how the result will be assessed.
Prepare for operation
Installation and operator training form part of BlakerTech’s approach. Discuss responsibilities, commissioning and ongoing support when defining your project.

Blaker’s engineering roots reach back to 1886. BlakerTech was established in 2019 to focus on metal recovery; Blaker Group Ltd was formally established in 2025.
The relevance today is practical: using that engineering background to address the material, maintenance and integration questions facing a recycling operation.
